In order to offer you and the other guests a pleasant stay, we have established the following house rules.

Neighborhood
B&B Gösselsdorfer Seeblick is located in the village and we ask our guests to be considerate of the residents. Please note the midday and night rest.

Reservation
When making a reservation, the correct number of people per night must always be specified. Booking rooms depends on availability.

Arrival
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Please advise the expected arrival time 1 day in advance.

Departure
Check-out is between 07:00 and 11:00 on the day of departure. Depending on the occupancy situation, a different check-out time can be agreed upon (maximum until 12:00 p.m.).

Key
Upon arrival you will receive a key to your room. You are responsible for locking the doors and turning off the lights. The key must be returned upon departure.

Breakfast
Breakfast is prepared individually for each guest using local products and served at desired time.

Devices
It is not allowed to bring your own household appliances into our rooms. Please only use the devices available in the rooms.

Bed linen and towels
For longer stays, individual agreements will be made about the wishes for clean towels, clean bed linen and cleaning.

Parking
You can park your car in the provided parking place. Parking is at your own risk. B&B Gösselsdorfer Seeblick is not liable for theft and/or damage of any kind.

Garbage
Garbage can be disposed of in the designated containers.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in all rooms, common areas and indoor areas. Smoking is allowed in the garden or on the balcony as long as it does not disturb others.
