House rules
B&B Gösselsdorfer Seeblick is located in a village and we kindly ask our guests to be considerate of the village residents. Please respect the quiet hours during midday and nighttime.
Please provide the correct number of guests per night when making a reservation. Room bookings are subject to availability.
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Alternative check-in times can be arranged by agreement. Please inform us of your expected arrival time one day in advance.
Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Depending on availability, a different check-out time can be arranged (up to a maximum of 12:00 PM).
Upon arrival, you will receive a key for your room. You are responsible for locking the doors and turning off the lights. The key must be returned to the host upon departure.
Breakfast is individually prepared for each guest using local products and served at the desired time.
Bringing your own household appliances into the rooms is not allowed. Please use only the appliances provided in the rooms.
It is strictly forbidden to bring e-bike batteries into the rooms and charge them there. E-bikes can be charged in a designated storage room.
For longer stays, individual arrangements can be made for fresh towels, clean bed linens and room cleaning as needed.
One private parking space is available per room. Parking is at your own risk. B&B Gösselsdorfer Seeblick is not liable for theft and/or damage of any kind.
Please dispose of waste in the designated containers.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, communal areas or indoor spaces. Smoking is allowed in the garden or on the balcony, as long as it does not disturb others.
Alcohol abuse is not permitted—enjoy responsibly and in moderation. No alcohol is sold at B&B Gösselsdorfer Seeblick.
Possession, consumption or trading of drugs is strictly prohibited at B&B Gösselsdorfer Seeblick.
We offer free Wi-Fi. Guests must refrain from visiting websites that are illegal or violate our policies. If harassment of third parties and/or any other misuse of the internet by the guest is detected or suspected, B&B Gösselsdorfer Seeblick reserves the right to block internet access without further notice and to notify the relevant authorities.
We are not liable for any damage, loss or theft. If any damage occurs to the rooms or their furnishings during your stay, please inform us immediately.
